Interim Program Director, Easterseals NH Military and Veterans Services at Easterseals NH & VT

Job Description:We are seeking an Interim Program Director to join our team and oversee the operations of the Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus. The individual in this key position will oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the campus including creation and implementation of all necessary policies and procedures and management level staffing at the campus collaborate with state and local transportation resources and the Easterseals Transportation Department and oversee Campus partners guests and volunteers. Additional responsibilities include:Coordinate with Easterseals IT Finance Marketing and Communications and Human Resources Departments to ensure efficient operations of the campus mission.Recruit Veteran Services Organizations to provide services on the campus. Prepare and execute Memorandums of Understanding outlining responsibilities of campus staff and VSO staff as it relates to the provision of services to clients on the campus.Ensure that Veteran Service Organizations who operate within the Hub of Services or in the Retreat Center have the resources and supports they need to provide high quality services to clients.Ensure that stakeholder experience on the campus is of the highest quality.
