Overview Beau Bob's Construction is looking for an enthusiastic intern for our interior design division. We are a design build construction company that specializes in home renovation, new builds, and repairs. The position is a 6 month internship with the possibility of full employment at the end of the 6 month term.Our mantra is to create Hygge in all that we do. Duties Assist Senior Design Coordinator in developing design concepts and mood boards that align with client visions and project requirements Support the creation of detailed drawings and plans using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Home Designer Pro Prepare presentation materials utilizing Canva to communicate design ideas effectively Participate in site visits for renovation, remodeling, or construction projects to observe progress and ensure design fidelity Skills Proficiency in Home Designer Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite tools, Canva or other related tools Strong understanding of drafting techniques, color theory, and interior design principles Familiarity with renovation and remodeling procedures within construction environments Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through project management skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ Years experience in Drafting, College, or other related industry experienceThis paid internship is designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in interior design while contributing meaningfully to real-world projects.
