Job Description

Responsibilities may include:

Shadowing engineers and operational leaders to learn company processes and workflows

Assisting with basic engineering, production, or administrative tasks as assigned

Observing manufacturing and quality processes related to windows and doors

Participating in team meetings, plant walkthroughs, and project discussions

Learning safety standards, product specifications, and operational best practices

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and special projects

This role is intended to provide practical industry experience and professional development opportunities for students pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
