Essential Duties & Responsibilities Organizing files, documents, and records Responding to emails or forwarding inquiries Attending meetings and taking notes Reporting progress to supervisors Communicating clearly with team members Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements:High School Level of Experience Requirements:None Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Basic construction knowledge (materials, tools, building methods) Ability to read blueprints and drawings Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA basics) Understanding of measurement and layout tools Basic knowledge of construction software Quick learner Attention to detail Preferred N/A Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have supervisory responsibilities. Physical Setting: Office Schedule and Flexibility: M-F, 7 AM - 4 PM Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
