Knowledgeable mentors will provide guidance for a dynamic professional hands-on experience. The intern will get a unique look into the benefits of working within a smaller biomedical company; high visibility within the company and exposure to a broad range of Clinical activities. This internship is remote.Requirements of the Clinical InternshipCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; preferably in Biology Medical Sciences Allied Health Biomedical Engineering or other related degreeAbility to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (up to 29) hours a week during normal business hours (8-5pm); specific days/hours will be based on students class loadAbility to pass a drug screeningAble to work out of the Alachua officeDetail orientedMS Office Suite skillsExperience with Teams and SharePoint preferredProject DetailsThis intern will support core clinical operations activities related to document requirements and management and standard operating procedures. They will also have the opportunity to map processes and propose efficiencies and new support tools to ensure a quick compliant start-up of a new clinical study.LocationRemoteBenefits/CompensationThe anticipated base wage for this position is $18/hr for an undergrad student and $20/hr for a grad addition to the base hourly rate there may be a housing stipend available based on location. Interns who are 21 years of age or older are eligible for 401K.Axogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements as well as CDC guidance.
