Working with our Commercial Lines team you will learn about our business through on-the-job training working closely with a variety of HUB team members to gain hands-on experience in client service sales and morProgram responsibilities Include:Projects as determined by Commercial Lines Management for Service Team and ProducersJob shadowing and supporting Commercial Lines Teams through client lifecycle timeline and deliverablesObserve client facing meetings (virtual and in-person)May observe/job shadow Producers on new business and other growth opportunities*The expected hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $20.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
