Our Summer Internship Program is designed to provide you with an invaluable work experience through meaningful projects that will help you grow and develop both personally and professionally.Throughout the 12-week program you will collaborate with some of the best in the industry receive on-the-job training participating in professional development workshops executive speaker series and other networking and social events!How Youll Help Us Connect the WorldAs a Web Development Intern you will be responsible for developing a dynamic web application as part of the CommScopes Cable and Connectivity Solutions business. You will work closely with Fiber Optic Test Engineers to implement web tools that can read/write to a server database using APIs. This role will be based in Shakopee MN.You Will Make an Impact ByDesign and build interactive user-friendly interfaces with React to present and manipulate data from a database.Use RESTful APIs to get update and manage data.Required Qualifications for ConsiderationActively pursuing a bachelors (upcoming sophomores juniors & seniors) or masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or other related degree from an accredited universityProven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0Hands-on experience with website design and development.Have familiarity with software version control systems.
