Intern - Year Round (Fraud Analyst) at Navy Federal Credit Union

Overview The Fraud Operations Recovery team focuses on investigating and resolving fraudulent debit and credit card transactions reported by our members. The investigators responsibilities include validating claims, processing chargebacks, responding to merchant disputes, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. The main goal of the team is to recover as much of the fraudulent funds as we can. ***A requirement of this position is you must be currently enrolled in college level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of the internship.
