Job Description

We are currently seeking a Product Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role youll help execute product compliance activities by coordinating submission materials tracking third-party lab testing status and supporting the implementation of compliance strategies as directed. Youll also occasionally take ownership of compliance strategy across key product categories. Applicants should have full proficiency in federal and state compliance standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in product compliance and a strong understanding of testing protocols and regulatory requirements.Please note that this position is open to internal candidates only. External candidates who apply will not be considered for this role.A day on the job looks like this:Supporting and occasionally owning product compliance strategy (Plastics Print Soft Goods and Furniture)Coordinating submission materials tracking third-party lab testing status and supporting strategy implementationLeading product profilingManaging third-party lab relationshipsSupporting Customer Service with compliance-related tasks and inquiriesIdentifying federal and state regulatory standards for raw material and finished product testingCollaborating with Product Integrity Quality Engineering and Product Development teamsQualifications : Got the skills and experience Heres what were looking for:Bachelors degree preferred2 years of product compliance experienceExperience in MS Office with an emphasis on building and presenting reportsComfortable communicating through remote mediums such as video conferences emails and text messagesDeep understanding of third-party lab testing processesProven experience with testing standards and identifying appropriate test protocolsExperience working with third-party testing labsExpertise in regulatory requirementsAbility to read interpret and explain third-party lab test reportsFull proficiency in federal and state compliance standardsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to present testing data to multiple audiences and levelsExperience working with global teamsAbility to communicate complex testing requirements and results clearlyStrong attention to detailAdditional Information : And heres our end of the bargain! At Lakeshore we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.For this position new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $25.72-$31.73 depending on relevant experience & skillset.This range is indicative of projected hiring range.
