This role involves evaluating enterprise-wide needs to develop new or modified operating methods and systems analyzing and developing business requirements and recommending cost-effective solutions. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions on-time on-budget on-scope and on-value. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues project planning project risk management and tracking and reporting on project status and achievement of project objectives. This position requires interaction and collaboration with all levels of leadership and management to develop and plan for complex and large-scale projects and strategic initiatives across all functional areas of the organization.What youll do:Provide strategic lift to the Director of Operations by assisting with planning and implementing high-impact initiativesSupport cross-functional coordination across OCLD WFM Quality and BPOEnhance communication through structured reporting and SharePoint managementEnable faster execution of enterprise priorities by reducing operational bottlenecksFacilitate cross functional teams in designing business solutionsInterface with management at all levels of the company to ensure quality and timeliness of projectsSupport the planning process by coaching teams on the use of frameworks and templates and help build models and analyses for their strategic initiativesTake leadfor medium to large size analytical projects facilitation of conversations across functional areas and articulate project plans to appropriate levels of managementCollect data and provide analyses for a broad array of issues across disciplines and functional areasDevelop and utilize data gathering toolsPerform problem analysis and resolutionPrepare reports synthesizing analytical results and outlining business casesWhat youll bring:Bachelors Degree or four (4) years work experience (Required)Seven (7) years consulting analyst or business experience (Required)Experience developing detailed project plans schedules and defining scope of workPrior technical implementation experience strongly preferredDeep experience in all project lifecycle phasesExperience in communicating between technical and non-technical partnersExperience organizing content and creating effective data visualizationPremera total rewardsOur comprehensive total rewards package provides support resources and opportunities to help employees thrive and grow.
