Internal Medicine - Cardiology-MT at Alumni Healthcare Staffing

Ideally we would have 1-3 locum providers to cover a total of 3 weeks per month. Providers will be scheduled weekly, Monday 8am – Monday 7amThis assignment will be primarily working in the hospital or clinic depending on greatest need. Call schedule will be dependent on the staffing level of the hospital. Weekends are 24 hour call, mostly all phone calls. Providers are rarely called in to see patients. We prefer to have physicians here for a 7 day stretch that includes a mixture of Clinic and Call, ending with Saturday/Sunday of call. Example:Monday – Clinic 8am-4pm ( 12 pts ) and read 10 echo’s Tuesday - Clinic 8am-4pm ( 12 pts ) and read 10 echo’sWednesday – OP Echo reader ( read 25 Echo’s) General and Echo 5pm-7am night call. ( Hospitalist triage calls at night first, minimal if ever an urgent echo in the evening.)
