Job Title: Outpatient Primary Care Physician Location: Whiteriver Indian Hospital, Whiteriver, AZ and/or Cibecue Health Center, Cibecue, AZ Schedule: Whiteriver: Monday Friday, 08 00; Mon Thu extended hours 08 00 Cibecue: Monday Friday, 08 00 Duration: Base + Four (4) One-Year Option Periods Contract Type: 1099 or W-2 Facility: Indian Health Service Whiteriver Service Unit Qualifications: Completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Med-Peds Board certified or board eligible Active, unrestricted license in any U.S. state, D.C., Puerto Rico, or territory Current BLS certification Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and pediatric patients Perform patient interviews, physical exams, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning Manage complex and routine primary care cases Develop and implement patient care plans, provide preventive care, health maintenance, and counseling Coordinate care with allied health professionals and specialists Participate in teaching activities as needed Respond to "Code Blue" pages within the outpatient department Complete timely and accurate EHR documentation per hospital policy Comply with CMS, EMTALA, and Joint Commission standards Prime Physicians is a physician-led, The Joint Commission (TJC) Accredited, ISO 9001 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised organization.
