The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population.Responsibilities:Provide primary care services to patients of all ages (FM) or adults (IM)Perform routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive careMaintain accurate patient records in the EMR systemCollaborate with other physicians, advanced practice providers, and staffParticipate in quality improvement initiativesRequirements:MD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineActive and unrestricted State medical license (or willingness to obtain)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
