An ideal candidate is a versatile and collaborative Physician who values providing equitable care to all populations. This role involves providing continuing, comprehensive wellness, preventative, and medical care to families via telehealth services.Required Qualifications Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degreeCurrent CA state medical licenseCompleted an accredited residency programCurrent DEA certificateBoard certified in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineCurrent CPR certificationResponsibilitiesPrescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury; Maintaining the patient record in a timely fashionProvide narrative summaries in EMR to communicate patient information to other health care providersOrder, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' conditionCollect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination resultsMonitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessaryExplain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patientsAdvise patients concerning diet, activity, and disease prevention
