Internal Medicine Physician at Tandym Health

A well-renowned healthcare organization in New York State is looking to add a licensed Internal Medicine Physician to their Primary Care team at an outpatient practice in Rockland County.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Population: Adults

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage various aspects of their patients' medical needs
• Evaluate patients' symptoms, medical history, and perform physical examinations to diagnose illnesses accurately
• Advise patients on maintaining a healthy diet, exercising, getting vaccinations, and managing risk factors like smoking, alcohol consumption, and stress
• Manage chronic conditions, adjust treatment plans, and provide guidance on how to effectively manage these ongoing health issues
• Educate patients about their health conditions, medications, and treatment plans
• Perform regular health check-ups to monitor patients' overall health status
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for their patients
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• License to practice Medicine in the State of New York
• Board Eligible / Certified in Internal Medicine

Desired Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
