Position: Impact Requirement CoordinatorType: Full TimeLocation: HybridThis position is designed to oversee the clinical supervision and skill development of RBTs on ABCs Impact Team including compliance with their supervision requirements and associated documentation. The Impact Requirement Coordinator will report to the Senior Regional Clinical Director in Denver South.Position DescriptionPartner with an operations leader to co-lead a team of RBTsDevelop and maintain the responsibilities of a RBT Requirements Coordinator for a team of Impact Technicians. This includes but is not limited to monitoring auditing and prompting RBT level supervision and documentation.Create and oversee the clinical policies and practices for the Impact TeamEffectively collaborate with Clinical Directors Operations Managers Behavior Analysts and regional leadersProvide program orientation training to center teams including the Operations Managers Clinical Directors BCBAs and Centralized Schedulers receiving support from the Impact TeamCoordinate supervision expectations and follow up across Behavior AnalystsMonitor and support treatment effectiveness for technician sessions including oversight of trial counts and session note qualityTravel across the market to observe Impact TechniciansComplete RBT evaluations and participate in Elevate conversations; monitor ongoing performance requirements to maintain Impact Technician role eligibilityProvide feedback to Impact Technicians across all aspects of performance including but not limited to clinical quality professionalism communication with stakeholders attendance/timeliness and responsiveness to feedbackOversee ongoing training and development of Impact Technicians including implementation of Skill Up training monitoring PDU completion and training on generalizationParticipate in interviews for candidates applying for Impact Technician positionsDemonstrate flexibility as the needs of the program evolvesAssist with other projects when time permitsPosition will not provide treatment hoursQualificationsHas at least 1 year experience at ABCABC Assistant Clinical Director or aboveMust reside in ColoradoDemonstrate expert knowledge on RBT requirements coordinator supervision modelProven success developing systems to drive results Organization Behavior Management experience highly preferredEffectively and systematically communicates up down and across tiersSuccessfully maintains the BACB and ABCs RBT supervision expectations including ability to teach rules and documentation requirementsEstablishes self as a leader by following through on commitments seeking resources and solutions for teammates and engaging meaningfullyIdentified as a meaningful and sought after resource by peersRespond and adjust behavior when feedback is providedTakes initiative to drive culture for their team and throughout the centerOrganized meets timelines proficient in Google SuiteRequired Experience:IC Key Skills ISO 27001,Data Analytics,Financial Services,COSO,Process Improvement,Accounting,Visio,COBIT,NIST Standards,SOX,Internal Audits,Data Analysis Skills Employment Type : Intern Experience: years Vacancy: 1
