This role follows standards of safe radiation practice and demonstrates leadership abilities and is a role model for other associate technologists while also acting as a clinical resource to the unit personnel and assures current standards of practice for the unit.Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:One year imaging experience strongly preferredHS/GED requiredAssociates degree strongly preferredColorado Surgical Assistant License upon hire unless performing Surgical Assistant duties within the scope of another active Colorado license certification or registration (required for Colorado employed staff only)Basic Life Support through American Heart Association requiredACLS through American Heart Association preferredRegistered Technologist Radiology Vascular-Interventional Radiology or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiology - R.T. (R)(VI)(ARRT)For Registered Interventional Radiology Tech role one of the following licenses is required:Registered Technologist Radiology Vascular-Interventional Radiology or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiology - R.T.
