When you join the growing BILH team youre not just taking a job youre making a difference in peoples lives.Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Outpatient Cardiology Clinic on a part-time basis.About the Role:Setting: Fast-paced busy Outpatient Clinic located in Peabody MAHours: Part-time (20 clinical hours/week)NO call NO weekends NO holidaysTeam: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Cardiologists Advanced Practitioners and Nurses.Focus: Deliver high-quality patient-centered cardiovascular care to adult patients.What Were Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:Strong clinical skills in Cardiovascular care.Excellent communication abilities.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities (What youll do):Perform comprehensive Cardiovascular assessments and risk evaluations.Diagnose & manage a broad range of CV conditions including:Coronary Artery DiseaseHypertension & DyslipidemiaValvular DiseaseArrhythmia & Heart FailureDevelop implement and monitor treatment plans.Coordinate care with Primary Care and subspecialty referrals.Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.Assist with team in-basket management.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure clinical compliance.Minimum Requirements:Experience: 3 years of Cardiology APP experience REQUIREDLicense: Current unencumbered Massachusetts NP or PA License with prescriptive authority.Education: Masters Degree from an accredited NP or PA program.Certification: Certification by a national board certifying organization.Beth Israel Lahey Health including all of its employing entities are a purpose-driven values-based organization that unites our workforce of people who provide exceptional health care to everyone we of the employing entities of Beth Israel Lahey Health maintain policies of equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination in employment.
