Manage and mentor associates to ma int ain high levels of performance and morale.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and associates.
Monitor and ma int ain park facilities to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests and associates.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
️ Excellent communication abilities to int eract effectively with associates and guests
Experience in the amusement park or hospitality industry to understand the unique challenges and opportunities
Proble m-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and make quick decisions
C ustome r service orientation to prioritize guest satisfaction and address their needs
Or ganizationa l skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently
Fle xibilit y and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
