Responsibilities
In this position...
Inventory Analyst is responsible for daily inventory management at the Atlanta HVC, including but not limited to; supervising hourly staff, metric reporting, ICSV responsibilities, SAP cadence and adherence to all inventory practices.
The inventory analyst role supports all inventory controlling functions for the Atlanta HVC. Reports directly to the HVC Managers and Network Inventory Manager.
Specific reporting metrics include:
- This role leads the balancing of QTI, managing plus and loss variances that directly impacts the building budgets, scrap, PIPP processing, pilferable stock, ICSV counts to meet divisional requirements and objectives
- Leads Inventory improvement projects at Atlanta HVC
- Manages error/claims processing including QIM (Reject) quality management of all rejects the are filtered in the system (from researching stock to disposition)
- Handles the dealer releasing schedules for Atlanta HVC
- Supports and investigates all VOR, STO and aging material
- Leader on MCRP and controlling agents
- Dispositions non-conforming stock
- Supports the operational team in critical functions such as, rearrangement, ARIBA, controller functions, SAP cadence and training supervisors
- Supervises the inbound/outbound hourly staff at Atlanta HVC receiving, counts, maintenance, claims
- Includes processing vagrant/inbound issues daily
- Working closely with traffic to ensure TU's are timely and processed
- Liaison for all receiving issues from origin to destination
- RF/IT administration (responsible for handling PC issues and SAP issues)
Additional duties:
- Manage QTI/Difference Analyzer
- Sole responsible for all ICSV, inventory metrics, roles and duties
- Work closely with SLI Traffic partners on outbound scrap/claims shipments
- CIP (Continuous Improvement) Champion for Errors and Denials
- Liaison for all receiving issues from origin
- Supervisor Outbound/Inbound hourly staff daily
- Process and support all vagrant/non-conforming processes
- Manage facility Hold area daily
- Manage QC rejects daily
Qualifications
You'll have...
- Working knowledge of SAP
- 3 years of experience in a Warehousing experience particular in HVC/Depot
- Supervising experience within a warehouse and facility environment
- Great analytical skills and solving problem skills
- Experience with Excel analyzing data (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc..)
- Great Communication skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and fill in as needed
Preferred:
- BS degree preferred but not required

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
