JOB DESCRIPTION

Inventory Associate

Our client, a leading healthcare distribution organization, is seeking an Inventory Associate to join their team. As an Inventory Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting pharmacy and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlestown, IN

Shift: Monday-6:00am-2:30pm, Tuesday 6:00am-4:30pm, Wednesday -Friday 6:00am-2:30pm with rotational Saturdays

What's the Job?

  • Unloading and breaking down pallets of product efficiently and safely
  • Verifying incoming products against purchase orders using RF scanners
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas
  • Performing daily cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
  • Supporting inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with safety policies

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners preferred
  • Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs regularly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
