Inventory Clerk (G-Project) at Foxconn Industrial Internet

Job Title

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-organized individual who will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing products and supplies within a business unit. Good record keeping skills for daily tasks and inventory control. Detail-oriented, with strong clerical skills to help with organizational and recording responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
• Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
• Responsible for documents preparation, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, for materials routing.
• Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
• Accountable for packing and unpacking, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter.
• Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
• Examine and inspect components kits, materials, or products to ensure that product quality and packing specifications are met.

Experience/Education

Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience; degree not required. High School Diploma. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs specially Excel. SAP experience preferred.
