JOB DESCRIPTION
Now Hiring: Inventory Analyst/Materials Planner
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Planner to manage and maintain inventory control processes. This role is essential for ensuring accurate inventory levels and supporting the overall warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on daily cycle counts.
- Perform independent stock checks and verify inventory accuracy.
- Maintain inventory classifications and cycle count groups.
- Execute daily scrap transactions in the ERP system (PanaCIM/AX or similar).
- Review cycle count results and request and validate recounts as needed.
- Support warehouse supervisors with day-to-day inventory tasks.
- Assist with external inventory audits.
- Maintain and report cycle count accuracy metrics.
- Create Pareto analyses to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Monitor progress of the ABC cycle count program.
- Support inventory-related projects and communicate requirements to leadership.
- Maintain documentation including Cycle Count Policy and QMP.
- Ensure compliance with all inventory processes.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in inventory control and counting.
- Experience with BOMs and auditing.
- Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems.
- Strong verbal, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to interpret and maintain proper inventory movements and accurate inventory levels.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
Classify products using ABC codes
Use Pareto charts to identify top-impact items or issues (e.g., 80/20 analysis)
Perform root cause analysis to fix stockouts, excess inventory, or cycle count discrepancies

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.44 - $27.22/hr.
