Job Description

Primary Function of Position  This position is responsible for analysis development and coordination of all assigned tasks relating to Inventory Control. This includes but is not limited to supporting all functions of the Inventory Control team project management process analysis and KPI development and support. Align with leadership to understand the task scope and requirements possessing the ability to work independently without requiring supervision. Will request further information and clarification when required.Essential Job Duties Perform advanced Root Cause analysis and communicate to leadership.Perform detailed Process Analysis and communicate deficiencies to leadership.Provides support to Inventory Analysts and Cycle Count leadership as requested.Ability to lead Physical Inventories.Lead Brown Bag sessions.Create and Edit Kanban Control Cycles.Provide support during Project Scoping as requested.Perform User Acceptance Testing as requested.Identify Deficiencies in reporting and develop new KPIs and Metrics.Create Periodic Reports and Metrics.Lead Cross Functional Meetings.Support Biannual ABC Coding projects.Clearly communicate verbally in writing and through metrics and reporting to all levels within Intuitive.Complete projects as assigned by leadership.Qualifications : Required Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 5 Years experience with Inventory Control disciplines. Warehouse experience preferred.Possess advanced skills in basic computer programs (e.g.; Excel Word PowerPoint) and basic skills in advanced computer programs (e.g.; Visio Tableau Agile). SAP experience desired.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate and present both verbally and in writing.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Required Education and Training Associates degree preferred5 years of work experience in Inventory Control disciplines and Warehousing.Working ConditionsThe ability to lift 35 pounds frequently each day.Walking and physical motion (squatting bending lifting) is required.Safe operation of all material handling equipment (forklifts pallet jacks.
