Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Inventory Control CoordinatorSummaryWe are currently seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator in Monroe, Ohio to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy through robust cycle-count processes, continuous training of users and transaction audits.Aspect Retail Logistics, US, Inc. is a privately owned third-party provider of customized logistics solutions with operations across the US and Canada. A leader in supply chain, we have strong partnerships with our customer supported by our service-oriented culture.Join Aspect Retail Logistics, US, Inc., and you'll be part of a diverse team focused on delivering the best possible service to our customers, creating a fun and collaborative work environment, and giving back to the community. RESPONSIBILITIESPerform cycle counts; identify and resolve inventory discrepanciesConduct physical inventory per client requestCommunicate with shipping, warehouse, and kitting team and returns about inventory issuesManage and maintain accurate inventory levels on our WMS systemReport inventory accuracy status to managementMust be attentive to any email inquiries: stock variances, dock/location searches; adjustment requestMonitor replenishment tasks on our WMS system and ensure stock is available for picking an orderExecute quarantine and/or destruction of product when directedEnsure all product receipts are tagged properlyEnsure all racking is labelled correctlyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentProvide feedback to manager on the operations and employeesMaintain warehouse sanitation practices; clean, organized, and safe environmentDemonstrate respect for the Company’s values daily, maintain and uphold all policies & proceduresAssumes additional related responsibilities as requiredEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or completion of GEDMinimum 2 years hands on experience in Inventory Control using a Warehouse Management SystemMinimum of two (2) years previous Inventory Coordinating experience, preferably in a Warehouse environment CORE COMPETENCIE Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good computer skills (MS Office) Service orientated with strong customer service skills and commitment to quality of work Good mathematical skills Organized and shows strong attention to detail Problem solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions Ability to adapt to changes quickly and work under time pressures Ability to lift 30lbs – 50 lbs Able to stand throughout the day Ability to be flexible in daily work assignments Ability to develop and maintain relationships with team members Thorough knowledge and adherence to company policies and procedures Approachable, positive interpersonal style Capable of working independently and as part of a teamAspect Retail Logistics, US, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
