DescriptionTKO StaffPros LLC is looking for an Inventory Control Manager to join one of our clients dedicated Manufacturing team in the Monroe County area. This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to oversee and optimize inventory management processes in a fast-paced warehousing environment.In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily inventory concerning cycle counting inventory reconciliation and system inquiries. Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory systems implementing best practices and leading initiatives to reduce costs while improving service levels. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting our commitment to operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily inventory operations and manage inventory control staffDevelop and implement inventory management policies and proceduresMonitor inventory levels and conduct regular auditsAnalyze inventory discrepancies and resolve issuesCoordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure alignmentPrepare reports on inventory performance and trendsTrain and mentor team members on inventory best practicesLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracyRequirementsBachelors degree and or 5 years of previous Supervisory/Mgmt. duties in a distribution environment such as logistics or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of inventory control systems and methodologiesProficiency in AS400 and MS Office Suite (Excel) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team management abilities strong people to people skillsEffective communication skills both written and verbal Scholar in Math and the ability to work independently multi-task and with general guidelinesWe offer a competitive salary range of $20 - $26 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
