Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory programs, including estimates, analysis, metrics tracking, and reportingIdentify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues proactivelyIncrease inventory turns by customer product while meeting corporate performance goalsProvide recommendations for purchasing strategies, inventory disposition, and overall inventory managementMonitor purchase orders at a macro level for over-commits, cancellations, and push-outsActively manage cycle count programs, reconciliations, audit metrics, and external auditsControl ECNs and follow through on material dispositionPerform final review and reconciliation of work order variances and closuresCoordinate product transfers between manufacturing sitesCommunicate inventory status and insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience3+ years of inventory analyst experienceCost accounting experience strongly preferredManufacturing experience as a scheduler or planner is a plusStrong Excel and Access skillsWorking knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (Visual ERP preferred)Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate across departments and multiple sitesComfortable working under frequent interruptionsAbility to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periodsAbility to lift 25-50 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)Willingness to wear personal protective equipment when requiredAbility to work in an office environment with occasional moderate noise levels Ready to Take Control of the Numbers That Matter?If you bring strong inventory experience, a sharp analytical mindset, and a desire to grow into a long-term role with a forward-thinking manufacturer, this opportunity is for you.
