To learn more please visit .WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE This job contributes to Evolution Fresh success by performing critical inventory control functions to support plant and distribution center operations. Models and acts in accordance with Evolution Fresh guiding principlesJOB DUTIES:Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctualityOrder Picker PIT operationPerforms daily inventory counts and reconciliations in reserve stock locationsFollows approved guidelines and processes for cycle count completionInvestigates and corrects discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System; track errors identifies discrepancies and preforms root cause analysis for continual improvement initiativesSupports customer satisfaction with orders and in-full order fulfillment by ensuring inventory accuracyProvides feedback on errors found to fellow partners and escalates issues as appropriatePrimary support of day-to-day shipping and receiving operationsTroubleshoots inbound and outbound discrepancies performs new item setup and slotting identifies and corrects lot rotation exceptions and resolves of wave planning issuesSupports brand quality by maintaining correct inventory availability status on items identified as quality issues or shelf-life issuesMay enter orders into computer system review invoices for accuracy and approval and provide telephone support for customersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1-year Inventory ExperienceIntermediate Excel Experience (Pivot Tables & Formulas)ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writingAttention to detailAbility to understand written and verbal policies and guidelines specifications and safety standardsBasic math skillsBasic computer and Microsoft Office proficiencyProblem solving skills and a proactive approachAbility to follow verbal directionFamiliarity with computerized inventory and order selection systemsFlexibility to work overtime as required even on short noticeAbility to operate required material handling equipmentAbility to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Forklift Operator certification or the ability to obtain certificationScissor Lift certification or the ability to obtain certificationPHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:Ability to lift 30 lbsAbility to work in both hot and cold environmentsWHAT WE OFFER plus more!Our rich benefits packages are designed to support the health and well-being of both our eligible team members and families.
