Together lets redefine what is possible in orbit and beyond!Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Logistics Manager the Inventory Control Supervisor will manage all product-related inventory for the site. This individual will ensure an adequate inventory of material and components to support hardware production kitting while providing leadership and oversight of kitting support personnel and material handlers. The Inventory Control Supervisor is also responsible for providing accounting with accurate inventory quantities and values reporting in support of external audits and maintaining proper controls of Customer Furnished Materials/Property.Key Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the execution of material kitting for vertically integrated manufacturingSchedule team and individual workflows for inventory control and material handlingMaintain accurate stock of inventory and conduct root cause corrective actions as requiredConduct and manage a continuous cycle counting programMaintain proper inventory and safeguarding of customer-furnished equipment/propertyCreate and maintain inventory control KPIs and metricsParticipate in company internal audits and support customer audits as requiredIdentify and implement continuous improvement within department functions/areasTake all necessary training to maintain and build on current skills and knowledge of positionAssist in project management in alignment with company growth initiativesComply with all facility and operational safety and housekeeping regulationsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications and Skills 7 years of experience in inventory and/or warehouse management5 years of experience in a leadership positionExperience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365 a plus)Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)Ability to read/understand bills of material and engineering drawingsSelf-motivated with a track record of quality and continuous improvementAbility to support multiple tasks/objectives and balance prioritiesAbility to communicate across disciplinesU.S. Person or lawful permanent resident to comply with U.S. government space technology export regulations.Additional Differentiators Bachelors degree Supply Chain Management preferredAPICS CPIM certificationPrior experience in the aerospace industryPrior experience with hazardous goods handlingExperience with ESD handling proceduresYour actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification knowledge skills education and addition to base salary we offer 100% covered medical dental and vision coverage a 401(k) match Flexible Time Off (FTO) covered life insurance maternity and paternity leave tuition reimbursement employee referrals and lots of swag!Salary Range$80000 - $110000 USDBenefits100% Company-paid comprehensive medical dental and vision coverage for you and your dependents401(k) MatchFlexible Time Off (FTO)Education ReimbursementCompetitive Paid Parental LeaveAbout Terran OrbitalTerran Orbital is a leading manufacturer of satellite products primarily serving the aerospace and defense industries.
