This role requires strong accuracy, initiative, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and safety standards. #2931STInventory / Quality Inspector - 1st Shift (Sat-Tues)Location: Willoughby Hills, OHStart Time: 5:00 AM (end time varies based on load volume and operational needs)Key Responsibilities:Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile product quantities.Inspect incoming and outgoing food/produce loads for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.Operate a forklift to move, organize, and verify product.Document inventory and inspection results using computer systems.Identify discrepancies, report issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.Assist with cross-training in other warehouse tasks as needed.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety guidelines.Requirements:Previous inventory or quality inspection experience in a food, produce, or warehouse environment required.Forklift experience required.Strong math skills and ability to perform accurate counts.Computer-savvy-comfortable using basic software, data entry, and documentation tools.Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and cross-train.Ability to work in varying temperatures (produce environment).Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.Express Office: Mentor7959 Reynolds RoadMentor, OH 44060
