You will work closely with management and production technicians ensuring the right hardware arrives at the production line when it is needed for integration. Your day-to-day operations will include performing receiving operations and inventory integrity kitting hardware for our production line and shipping support for our deployment teams.Responsibilities:Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperworkCheck for damage and confirm correct part numbers quantities and revisionsReceive all materials/packages and transact receipt in the ERP receiving systemAcknowledge and take receipt of all incoming materials and packages identify receipt in ERP then transport to receiving inspection stockroom or identified buyer/requestorVerify that all materials are packaged and banded for transport and assist with loading and unloading of trucksOperate material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts pallet jacks and hand cartsPerform kitting operations for internal customers and external suppliersPerform cycle counts and reconcile incorrect system records with actual physical inventorySupport shipping operations by organizing pickups packaging and loadingMinimum Requirements:3 years of receiving shipping and/or inventory experienceExperience operating a forklift scissor lift or cherry pickerExperience with and understanding in inventory and kitting processesLifting standing climbing bending grasping sitting pulling pushing stooping stretching and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this positionAbility to lift to 35 lbs. unassistedExperience within the aerospace automotive semiconductor or electronic fieldsFamiliarity with ERP/MES systems for tracking inventory and inspection resultsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Requirements:Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed to meet critical deadlinesUnderstanding of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems including previous experience going through an ISO 9001/AS9100 auditWhy CHAOSHealth Benefits: Your medical dental and vision benefits will be 100% paid for by the companyAdditional benefits: life FSA HSA 401k ( Company match) and moreOur Perks: free daily lunch No meeting Fridays unlimited PTO casual dress codeCompensation Components: competitive base salaries generous pre-IPO stock option grants relocation assistance (coming soon!) annual bonusesCompany Size: 150 employees and counting!More About Us: Were building the next generation of aerospace defense and critical industry technologies with a seasoned team of mission-focused individuals.
