Apartment Maintenance at Madden Industrial Craftsmen

TempWe are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the apartment community to ensure safe clean and attractive living environments for residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing electrical and general repairs and will be committed to delivering high-quality maintenance services in a timely and professional manner.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in apartments and common areas including:Plumbing (e.g. fixing leaks unclogging drains)Electrical (e.g. replacing outlets troubleshooting lighting)Carpentry (e.g. door repairs cabinetry fixes)Appliance repair and replacementDry wall patching and texture Painting: interior with roller brush or sprayPrepare vacant apartments for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)Complete resident service requests/work orders promptly and professionallyAssist with groundskeeping duties as needed (e.g. trash pickup snow removal)Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulationsCommunicate effectively with residents coworkers and property managementQualifications:2 years of maintenance experience in residential commercial or multifamily housing preferredWorking knowledge of plumbing electrical carpentry and appliance repairReliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditionsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:Competitive hourly wage or salary $28-30Health carePaid time off and holidays401k matching*ZR Key Skills Babysitting,Gsm,Informatica,BPO,ACCA,Designing Employment Type : Temp Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 28 - 30
