This team is dedicated to building long-term relationships with decision makers (C-suite Board) across the software and semiconductor sectors providing strategic advice deep industry insights and flawless execution of complex transactions.In this role you will:Participate in analyzing companies and client investments across the software and semiconductor sectorMake strategic recommendations to clients based on market trends valuation insights and competitive positioningIdentify opportunities for process improvements within the Investment Banking ProgramReview and analyze market data valuation models and presentations that require research evaluation and independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverablesPresent recommendations for resolving business challenges and develop expertise in the function policies procedures and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal and external clients including senior executives and institutional investorsRequired Qualifications:2 years of Investment Banking Program experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience educationDesired Qualifications:2 years of experience in software and/or semiconductor sectors within TechStrong understanding of industry dynamics competitive landscape and key valuation drivers in software and semiconductorsExcellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skillsA Masters degree or higher in accounting finance economics or a related fieldAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentKnowledge and understanding of business development: business vision strategies and goalsKnowledge and understanding of capital markets: deal execution process and standardsJob Expectations:Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.
