Our New York office is seeking talented investment bankers at the Associate or Vice President level to join Morgan Stanley’s leading Insurance Investment Banking coverage team - with a core focus on Life/Annuity and P&C carriers. This role offers the opportunity to operate at the forefront of consolidation, capital optimization, and strategic transformation across the insurance industry. Successful candidates will work with large, blue-chip insurers on a wide range of complex transactions, including M&A, IPOs, private capital raises, debt financings, and other strategic advisory engagements. The team benefits from a consistent, high volume of executed deal flow, providing hands‑on transaction exposure.We work closely with insurance firm C‑suite executives to deliver best‑in‑class strategic advice and execution, leveraging Morgan Stanley’s full global platform and deep relationships across insurance, asset management, and capital markets. The role involves close collaboration with industry and product partners and offers a unique opportunity to build deep sector expertise, execution credentials, and long‑term client relationships.
