We maintain deep, senior-level relationships with major strategic and financial buyers of Environmental and Facilities Services companies as well as large, public, and private company thought leaders within the industry.As one of the leading M&A advisors in our sector, we help open doors to opportunities—whether our clients are seeking a strategic or financial partner in a change-of-control or minority-investment transaction.Job Description Vice Presidents are primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the M&A process, including supporting the development of process design, overseeing the development of marketing materials and analyses, and managing deal execution (including providing leadership and guidance to junior team members). In addition, you will be involved with new business generation, including supporting relationship maintenance with clients and developing and supporting the delivery of pitches to new business prospects. As a VP for the Environmental and Facilities Services practices, you will be expected to:Manage all aspects of a transaction process and be the day to day “quarterback” for the dealManage the development of and explain historical and projected financial analysesCoordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactionsOversee the preparation of marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, management presentations, and other presentations as neededOversee the development of valuation and ad hoc financial analysesAssist in the marketing and execution of existing engagementsBuild relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisorsSupervise and mentor junior staff membersBasic QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of accounting and finance6+ years of relevant investment banking experience An undergraduate degree, including an exemplary academic record, from an accredited institution Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong public speaking and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple project deliverables simultaneouslyExtensive operational financial modeling and valuation experienceHands-on M&A experience
Compensation and BenefitsHoulihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
Base salary: $250,000
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
