JOB DESCRIPTION

Invoicing Analyst

We are seeking four temporary Invoicing Analysts to support a significant project involving system implementations for our quoting and booking process. This project aims to replace outdated systems with new applications such as Service Path, Binary Stream, and Invoice Application. The role involves day-to-day processing, simpler invoice resolutions, and reconciliations. Successful candidates will work closely with the Global Invoicing Manager.

Support the invoicing process by manually generating orders that turn into invoices.

Resolve and reconcile simple invoices.

Collaborate with the Global Invoicing Manager and current team members.

Ensure high attention to detail and apply analytical thinking to tasks.

Proficiency in Excel data entry.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or supply chain.

Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Ability to follow directions well and adapt to repetitive tasks.

Possess corporate experience, ideally beyond an internship.

Comfortable with making mistakes and learning from them.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

The position requires onsite presence during training, with office work from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays. The office is located in a new building with an onsite cafeteria and gym. The team culture is supportive and collaborative, making it an attractive work environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
