This role offers meaningful ownership of complex federal court matters, including discovery strategy, motion practice, depositions, expert management, and claim construction, with exposure to trial and appellate work as matters progress. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IP litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and a technical background that supports work with complex technologies; USPTO registration is preferred but not required. Job Details Minimum qualifications 5+ years of meaningful IP litigation experience, with strong federal court exposure Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills Technical background that supports work with complex technologies (EE/CE/CS/physics or similar strongly preferred) Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; additional admissions are a plus USPTO registration or eligibility Demonstrated ownership of major litigation workstreams (discovery, motion practice, experts, claim construction) Experience communicating directly with clients and managing case expectations and deliverables Interested in hearing more?
