Salary: $180,000 - $230,650 per year A bit about us: A well resourced legal team is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to support a growing IP disputes practice. This role offers meaningful responsibility, exposure to sophisticated matters, and a clear runway for professional growth within a collaborative environment. The attorney will handle all phases of intellectual property litigation, including pre suit investigations, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, and will represent clients in disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition. Responsibilities include drafting and arguing substantive motions such as motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and Daubert motions; managing fact and expert discovery in coordination with technical experts and consultants; assisting with IP enforcement and defense strategies, including injunctions and damages analysis; counseling clients on litigation risk, strategy, and dispute resolution; and collaborating closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex, high stakes matters. Job Details Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 3-7+ years of IP litigation experience, gained at a law firm or in house legal department Hands on experience with federal court litigation (ITC experience a plus but not required) Background handling at least one of the following: patent litigation, trademark disputes, trade secret cases, or copyright litigation Exposure to technology, life sciences, or manufacturing clients Trial or arbitration experience Interested in hearing more?
