This is a fast past challenging job that is very rewards and hands on. Working on site first shift in a small team dynamic where each member works independently and as a team.Position Responsibilities:Support the development and documentation of mechanical and fluid system and thermal environmentSupport the development, maintenance or modification of system designs/proposals to provide design documentation and high-level requirements to downstream users/customersPerform detail design development and modification of mechanical and fluid system installations Perform spatial integration at system or component level and modification of mechanisms/landing gear/ordinance systemsAssist in preparing technical documents for mechanical components and systemsAssist in supporting proposal preparation and new business development effortsWork under general supervisionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experiencePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with CAD modeling tools NX or SolidworksHydraulic Design experienceDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
