Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionVisa is searching for a Senior Manager to join both our Global Marketing Services and North America Marketing Services Teams, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global and North America Marketing Services Leader. This is a high visibility, high exposure role and the individual will be responsible for three critical areas:Coordinate workstreams within Global Marketing Services, Loyalty, Digital Experience and Capabilities, and Technology to support the global implementation and development of Visa's MarTech platform.Oversee cross-functional workstreams maintaining comprehensive program status reports and driving accountability across stakeholder groups to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of commercialization milestones for the new MarTech platformProactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, developing and executing mitigation strategies while providing regular, executive-ready status updates to senior leadership to inform decision-making and maintain launch momentum.Lead the development and global rollout of sales enablement resources and training programsto equip frontline sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and positioning needed to effectively sell the MarTech platform, driving consistency in value messaging, accelerating sales cycles, and increasing adoption across all regions.The selected candidate will serve as a member of the Marketing Services Team, managing project workstreams for the commercialization of a new MarTech platform intended to support the financial growth objectives of Marketing Services in the coming years. This position is also responsible for overseeing the distribution and adoption of sales enablement materials and processes, supporting a global team of sellers in achieving both Visa's client marketing objectives and Visa's overall growth targets. The role involves close collaboration with Regional Client Marketing Teams, other Global Marketing Teams (including Product Marketing, Content, Insights & Analytics), Technology, third-party vendors, and Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), among others. The position requires the ability to integrate strategic planning with detailed execution.Essential FunctionsProject manage global MarTech commercialization workstreamsCoordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing Services, Loyalty, Digital Experience, Technology, and regional stakeholders to drive the global implementation, enhancement, and commercialization of Visa's new MarTech platform.Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of program milestonesMaintain comprehensive program status reports, track deliverables, and hold stakeholders accountable to ensure timely and flawless execution of all commercialization phasesIdentify and Mitigate Risks to Launch SuccessProactively assess and address risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
