IRVibration Analyst at Allied Reliability

As a Condition Monitoring Analyst you will play a key role in strengthening equipment reliability and performance for Allied Reliabilitys clients. Youll conduct condition monitoring activities prepare clear and actionable technical reports and serve as a trusted expert in diagnosing mechanical and electrical this role youll own specific areas of the plant or site using data-driven insights to support continuous improvement reduce downtime and enhance operational excellence.Qualifications & Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferredCompletion of an Apprentice Development Program accepted in lieu of formal education2 years of hands-on condition monitoring experienceInfrared Thermography Certification (ISO Category II or Category 2) requiredVibration Analysis Certification (ISO Category II or equivalent) requiredAdvanced Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) training preferred25 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical or electrical exposureSolid understanding of predictive maintenance technologies and advanced data acquisition methodsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindsetClear and confident communication skills both written and verbalProficiency in computer-based tools and data systemsAbility to work independently while serving as a go-to technical resource for team members and clientsCommitment to mentoring and sharing knowledge to strengthen team capability#LI-HP1 Key Skills ArcGIS,Intelligence Community Experience,GIS,Python,Computer Networking,Data Collection,Intelligence Experience,R,Relational Databases,Analysis Skills,Data Management,Application Development Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
