Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition: SAP Programming ConsultantLocation: Columbia, SC (Onsite)Years of Exp: 10+YearsContract Type: C2C/W2Duration: 12+ MonthsCandidates local to South Carolina are required, No relocation allowed.SummaryProvide functional and technical support for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, including design, development, testing, and maintenance. Perform ABAP development, data updates (LSMW/BDC), interfaces, enhancements, and workflows. Collaborate with functional and business teams to deliver efficient, error-free solutions and support SAP system operations.Key Responsibilities· Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.· Develop ABAP programs, enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflows (WRICEF).· Perform data updates using LSMW, BDC, and DSM tools.· Collaborate with functional and business teams to build efficient, high-quality solutions.· Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues, optimize system performance, and maintain support logs.· Create and configure organizational structures, personnel areas, employee groups, and subgroups.· Document processes, designs, and testing activities in line with project methodology.· Provide after-hours SAP support and participate in team planning and skill improvement.Required Skills· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related technical field and at least 2 years of experience in computer system development, maintenance, and modification or 10+ years of equivalent experience in application system development and modification· 4+ years of SAP HCM functional experience in a professional environment· Understanding of SAP Portal technology· Functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors· Experience with mail services in SAP using standard APIs· General understanding of accounting processes· Knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including ERP systems· 1+ year of SAP Workflow experience
