Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPYA is seeking an IT Advisory and Consulting (ITAC) Staff Consultant to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation. This individual will be a member of the Technology program supporting PYA’s Consulting Department. RESPONSIBILITIESApply current IT knowledge of trends to identify business risk management issues and other opportunities for improvementPerform IT general control reviews and audits, and assist with detailed system walk-throughs Help clients to plan and manage the selection and implementation of new IT solutionsAdvise PYA clients on Information Technology compliance efforts, including but not limited to HIPAA, NIST and SOC engagements Assist PYA with other engagements serving as a trusted advisor to PYA clients QUALIFICATIONSIT, internal audit, or risk advisory internship experience with a national or regional public accounting and/or consulting firm preferredOutstanding written and oral communications skills, including advanced Microsoft Office Excel skillsCreative problem-solving skills with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills with a passion for helping clientsDemonstrated experience self-reviewing work product and exhibiting attention to detailWillingness to travel for client projects and development opportunitiesABOUT PYAPYA, a leading professional services firm, serves clients across the United States with expertise in healthcare consulting, accounting, compliance, and business strategy.
