Job Posting: IT AnalystEmployment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Junior / Entry-LevelAbout the RoleWere looking for an enthusiastic IT Analyst to join our team! This hybrid role blends data reporting light software development and general IT support. Youll work closely with internal teams to build meaningful insights through dashboards and reports assist with database work and provide troubleshooting support for day-to-day technical issues. This role requires occasional travel to other office locations and availability for after-hours support on a rotating schedule.If you enjoy solving problems learning new tools and wearing multiple hats this role is a perfect fit!Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence & ReportingDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.Connect to and analyze data from Microsoft SQL Server.Write queries stored procedures and views to support reporting needs.Development & ScriptingUse programming and scripting skills to support automation data workflows and small internal applications.Preferred languages include Java JavaScript / TypeScript and PythonApply basic OOP concepts in day-to-day tasks.IT & Help Desk SupportProvide first-level troubleshooting for internal IT issues.Support staff with software installations configuration and minor hardware problems.Document issues resolutions and internal processes.Required QualificationsHands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and related tools.Ability to create structured reports using Excel and/or Power BI.Basic programming or scripting experience (any of the preferred languages).Background in help desk IT support or technical troubleshooting.Well versed in the Microsoft Suite of Office toolsExcellent communication and customer support mindset.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SSRS (not required).Understanding of data modeling principles.Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git).Experience working with REST APIsRequired Experience:IC Key Skills IT Experience,SAP Materials Management,SAP SuccessFactors,Agile,Business Analysis,SAP,Requirements Gathering,SAP Finance & Controlling,SAP Supply Chain Management,SAP S/4HANA,SDLC,Oracle Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 50000 - 75000
