This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital technologies and eager to develop hands-on skills in AI Microsoft Copilot SaaS applications and data management. You will support stakeholders across the organisation champion AI adoption and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.Responsibilities:Provide digital support to internal teams and DirectorsAssist and work to automate systems and dataAssist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues for the teamPromote AI literacy and support the integration of Microsoft Copilot and M365 toolsCollaborate on projects involving digital transformationUse data securely and effectively to enhance productivity and performanceDeliver coaching and advice on digital tools and applicationsSupport the adoption of generative AI solutionsMaintain documentationDesirable skills:A keen interest in AI digital support and emerging technologiesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyWillingness to learn and apply new skills in a real-world environmentEntry requirements:3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subjectGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subjectYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the this instance you could still be considered for the programme.If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.For more information please visit the UK ENIC website.
