For additional information please contact the Emerging Talent Program at .Title: IT Application Development FellowDepartment: Information TechnologyStatus: Fellow (5-month program)Location: Los Angeles CAPay Rate: $22.00/hour housing stipend*Interviews for our 2026 Fellowship positions will take place February 2026The Los Angeles Dodgers Information Technology Department is seeking to hire a detail-driven and highly motivated individual in the capacity of IT Application Developer Fellow. Our team excels at delivering outstanding service and assistance to our organization fans and community. This position will support develop and maintain applications pertaining to the business needs of the organization. We are looking for an individual who seeks out solutions against a wide array of challenges and can adapt to an ever-changing landscape of modern frameworks and platforms.Duties/Responsibilities:Develop test and deploy intuitive software that meets the companys needsActively engaged in utilizing best practices for application and software developmentPrepare documentation and education needed for software maintenance and utilizationCollaborate closely with team members and communicate roadblocks effectivelyOther duties as assignedBasic Requirements/Qualifications:BS in Computer Science or related field or three to five years of related experience.Knowledge on agile development cycle and skills in design tools like Figma.Strong grasp of the following languages: Python C# JavaScript HTML/CSS Java SQL Linux CLICurrent student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduationGraduated from undergrad or graduate school with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate schoolMust be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026Unrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesPassionate about working for a professional sports teamProactive and out of the box thinkingThis program consists of 80% in-department work 15% cross-functional project experience and 5% additional programming. Fellows collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on department-specific experience under a dedicated manager.
