This position will report to theDirector AuditbasedinNew York NYand willberesponsible foraudits of Sony MusicEntertainmentand Sony Music Publishing.This position will also have some globalSonyIT responsibilities.About you:We need someone who is a critical thinker with the ability to analyze data and communicate results across all levels of the organization both verbally and written. Your role will include assessing large sets of data interviewing keystake holdersand communicating findings with impact.We need you to have a sense of organization accuracyconsistencyand attention to detail.In addition we are looking for someone who is flexiblemaintainsan openmindand is committed to achieving goals as a team.This position will be on a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the NYC office.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESOverseeIToperationaland system reviews domestically and internationally.Oversee and manage the SOX ITGC program of 2 companies (Sony Music and Sony Publishing)Overseeproject implementationsincluding control testing key reportassessmentand program development controls.Strategically analyze and assess in-scope applications.Project manageall IT related audit projectstimelydeliverable completionCritically review and analyze IT deliverables to make sure scopeobjectiveshave been met and promote high quality deliveryThink strategically to achieve departmental and projectobjectivesand design executionEvaluate whether risks to the company areidentifiedand minimized acceptable internal policies and procedures are followed resources are used efficiently and economicallyand the organizationsobjectivesare effectively achieved.Leverage andanalyze large data sets to generate insight andidentifypotential exceptionswhere possibleProactivelyidentifyIT risks and process improvement opportunities.Track and follow-up on the implementation ofmanagementsaction plans to address identified control gaps/deficiencies.Draft high impact audit reports for executive managementin power pointutilizinghigh quality data visual skills.Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Contribute to internal department initiatives such as training and development updates to internal audit policies and procedures and other internal projects asrequested.Honestytrustworthinessand ethical conduct are material requirements for the responsibilities outlined aboveQUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITIONYour qualifications and experience should include:Bachelors Degree(MIS Computer Science Cybersecurity Information Assuranceor related fieldpreferred)CISAor CIApreferredMinimum of5-6years of progressiveexperience in a public accounting firmprivate industry internal auditoranIT/Info Sec departmentMust have experience withSOXscoping SOX controlrationalizationand SOX program execution (e.g.planningtestingand reporting)Should be familiar with control frameworks (ISMSCOSO COBIT CIS etc.)Havepreviousexperience in auditing ITGCs across all IT elements/layersconfigurations(SAPBusiness Centraletc.)Must have SAP audit experienceAbility to develop design and complete IT operational audits using a risk-based approachExcellent ability to develop andwriteimpactful reports and presentationsGood project management and organization skills; ability to multitask across multiple projects concurrentlyProficient in Microsoft Word PPT Excel.Media or Entertainment industry experience isalsoa plusAbility totravel internationally (/-10-15% travel)All candidates mustbe authorized towork in the USAIn addition to competitive pay and benefits we offer an environment and culture that promotes Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
