About the Role:We are seeking an IT Business Operations Project Manager to lead IT projects assist with onboard acquisitions into our Microsoft 365 Teams information architecture and ensure delivery of initiatives for the business this role you will also oversees IT policy and SOP development program reporting and IT communications.Responsibilities:Oversee information architecture needs improving structure and documentation across IT systems as required.Lead cross-functional program management efforts keeping track of timelines deliverables and team coordination.Serve as the primary team administrator ensuring the Information Architect is enforced and adapts as the business grows. Provide operational support for the IT Business Operations team.Develop training materials and instructional videos for our end users using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft apps.Turn high level requirements into actionable plans engaging resource across the organization to refine requirements.Draft update review and IT policies needed for compliance; Lead the IT organization through annual revalidation process.Minimum Job Qualifications:7 years of IT project experience with strong understanding of IT operations systems and infrastructure plus 3 years working with Microsoft 365.Background in IT Service Delivery or Managed Service Providers with strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced changing environment.Strong verbal/written communication collaboration facilitation and negotiation skills; effective team player.Demonstrated leadership and independent decision-making; PMP or related project management certification.Preferred Job Qualifications:PMO and Agile project management experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives.Background in IT security projects and Microsoft 365/Teams administration.Ability to identify knowledge gaps create training materials and deliver training.Experience supporting acquisition onboarding and system/process integration.EEOC: Circular Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Circular Services is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
