We are interested in developing individuals who enjoy a challenge and like working on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.Position Summary: Responsible for user setup computer imaging desktop/laptop setup computer repair and shipping equipment to ensure the reliable operation of Paragon Space Development Corporations information systems in support of its business needs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming Service Desk calls and provide first response for users requiring assistance.On-Site Position.Ships out company managed computer equipment.Maintain physical inventory.Setup or removal of accounts telephony and hardware for personnel.Images computers for employees.Install configure and troubleshoot client software applications.Troubleshoot client hardware.Troubleshoot Windows 10 and application issues.Part-time positionMinimum Qualifications:Associates degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience or 1 years of hands-on technical support experience.Knowledge of Windows 10 desktop environments.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.Basic experience with Active DirectoryBasic networking troubleshooting knowledge.Must have a teamwork approach to work but also act independently to solve problems when necessary.Ability to work in complex diverse environment with rapidly changing priorities.Basic knowledge of network printing concepts.Must have a valid driver license and be able to travel to multiple local sites.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Preferred Qualifications:CompTIA ADemonstrated knowledge of imaging softwareBasic understanding of Microsoft Office 365Engineering application experienceHighschool Diploma or GED Key Skills Mac Os,Active Directory,Desktop Support,Computer Networking,Mobile Devices,Windows,Remote Access Software,SCCM,Help Desk,Operating Systems,Remedy,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
