This position is ideal for someone experienced with identity systems corporate device management SaaS platforms and networking technologies. Youll work with a modern stack Google Workspace Okta Jamf Intune Atlassian and Zoom while supporting core business operations and collaborating across IT and InfoSec. This is a hands-on keyboard role with a strong emphasis on engineering operational excellence andservice reliability.This is a full-time role with an onsite presence required 4 days per week in our New York City orNashville office.Were a team of passionate forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of themental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. If youre inspiredby our mission and energized by the opportunity to increase access to mental healthcare andimpact millions of lives in a profound way apply today.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day administration of Okta Jamf Intune and Google WorkspaceProvision and support macOS and Windows devices through MDMParticipate in identity lifecycle and SSO group management workflowsTroubleshoot and be a Tier 2 escalation point for account device and application issuesAssist with group-based provisioning across SaaS platforms (e.g. Atlassian Slack Monday)Document runbooks troubleshooting guides and system configurations in ConfluencePartner with the IT Service Delivery and Asset Management pods for request fulfillmentCoordinate with InfoSec on configuration compliance and endpoint securitySupport escalations during onboarding/offboarding and IT incident responseHelp optimize the user experience across conference room and shared-space environmentsRequirementsBachelors degree required preferably in an engineering computer science or relatedtechnical field4-6 years of experience in enterprise IT operations or systems supportProficiency with Google Workspace Okta Jamf Intune and AtlassianExtensive experience supporting macOS (required) and Windows endpointsSaaS engineering experience including integration configuration or automation across platforms like Okta Google Workspace Slack Atlassian Zoom or similarStrong critical thinking troubleshooting and documentation skillsExperience with access controls identity workflows and device management best practicesAbility to support users both onsite and remotely in a fast-paced growth-oriented environmentPreferred RequirementsPrior experience in a startup healthcare or regulated environment (e.g. HIPAA SOX PCI)Familiarity with Workato Zapier or other integration/automation platformsCertifications such as: Jamf Certified Tech or Admin Okta Certified Administrator Google IT Support Professional or any AWS GCP or MS certificationsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including InfoSec HR and FacilitiesExperience supporting VoIP systems and office networking infrastructure including tools such as Google Voice Five9 UniFi Meraki or Palo Alto NetworksBenefitsCharlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time exempt employees. Please note pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location experience expertise internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
